Client manager inhouse

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of a dedicated inhouse location. You will lead and support a team of Inhouse Consultants, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. You know how to balance the interests of Charlie works, our clients, and our temporary workers, while keeping performance and KPI targets at the center of everything you do. As a Client Manager Inhouse, you will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and translating these opportunities into commercial success.What will you do?

• Manage the daily operations of a dedicated inhouse location.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of Inhouse Consultants.
• Ensure KPI targets and service levels are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure an optimal balance between client satisfaction, operational performance, and temporary worker engagement.

 
Job Requirements:

• HBO working and thinking level.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexible, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
