As a junior personnel planner, you will contribute to ensuring that our offshore crew operates under the best conditions, equipped with the correct certifications and travel documents. You’ll work closely with our dedicated personnel planners and vessel management teams to coordinate seamless crew changes and support the success of our maritime projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate: provide timely input for weekly crew changes to ensure smooth operations.
- Arrange: organize flights and other travel arrangements for offshore crew members.
- Communicate: correspond with employees regarding official documents such as certifications, training, visas, and flight details.
- Support: act as a backup for the personnel planner when needed.
- Comply: execute activities in line with company policies and external partner requirements.
