Production Employee Dayshift

As a Production Worker, you will help manufacture high-quality concrete elements. Your tasks include:

• Assembling concrete elements;
• Installing embedded components and fixtures;
• Pouring concrete;
• Unloading finished products;
• Operating overhead cranes and other production equipment;
• Monitoring quality and safety throughout the production process.

• Good communication skills in Dutch or English;
• Motivated and flexible attitude;
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work;
• Willingness to work occasional overtime.

• Full-time day shift (06:00-14:45)
• Hourly wage of €15.12;
• ADV allowance of €0.67 per hour;
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
• 3.5% year-end bonus;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
