- Identify and research prospective customers
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to find new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Managers
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation
- Meet or exceed activity targets
- Manage and update opportunities in the CRM pipeline
- Stay current on products, industry trends, and market developments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and managing objections
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Soft skills: self-driven, independent, results-oriented, accountable, and proactive
- Familiarity with sales tools and a strong willingness to learn
- Technical affinity
- Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, or account management
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
