As an Operator, you are the driving force behind the production process within the packaging industry. You operate various machines, ensure a smooth workflow, and independently resolve minor malfunctions. Your technical insight and attention to detail contribute to an efficient and safe production process, from starting up the line to performing quality checks on the finished product.
A typical workday begins at the cutting machine: you inspect the materials, open packaging, load the machine, and remove cutting waste. Moving containers with a pallet truck is also part of your responsibilities. You work in a clean, structured environment, collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

What we require- Minimum MBO-level working and thinking ability (HAVO/VWO graduates are also welcome);
- Technical aptitude, demonstrated through education, training, or work experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English (company communication is conducted in English);
- Flexible and willing to work in a three-shift rotation;
- Proactive, accurate, and hands-on approach to work;
- Strong communication skills;
- Previous experience as an operator is an advantage but not required (junior, mid-level, and senior candidates are all welcome).
- An attractive hourly wage of €20.03, including shift allowance;
- Full-time employment (37.5 hours per week);
- Working days from Monday to Friday;
- Three-shift schedule: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00;
- A clean, well-organized, and safe working environment;
