Foreman/Forewoman

We are looking for a Hands-on Foreman / Forewoman for a modern logistics organisation in the Venlo region. In this role, you will manage a team of warehouse staff on a daily basis and actively work alongside them in the warehouse. You will ensure that logistics processes run smoothly and that orders are processed correctly and on time.

What will you be doing?

As a Working Foreman / Forewoman, you will be a key link in the warehouse process:

• Managing and supervising warehouse staff;
• Taking part in the logistics process, such as order picking, packing and quality checks;
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks;
• Ensuring quality, safety and order on the work floor;
• Ensuring efficient collaboration within the team.

You will be joining a professional logistics organisation in the Venlo region. The warehouse has an informal and supportive working atmosphere, where teamwork, quality and efficiency are key. • Experience in logistics or warehousing;
• Experience in a managerial role is an advantage;
• You have strong communication skills and can work well under pressure;
• You work accurately and are solution-oriented;
• Available to work full-time;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English;
• A hands-on approach and a sense of responsibility.
