Here is what you will be in charge of:
- You are responsible for monitoring and coordinating all morning operational flows across multiple regions, including no-shows, transport issues, sickness intake, and urgent replacement needs.
- You ensure quick resolution of disruptions to minimize impact on clients and temporary workers, while maintaining continuous communication with area planners, support teams, workers, and clients.
- You manage absence cases and ensure a complete, accurate operational handover to all areas by 08:00 each morning.
- You also handle escalations, follow up on critical issues, and contribute to improving overall operational efficiency during the morning control window (05:00–14:00).
- You have an MBO-level education or equivalent experience, ideally in planning, logistics, staffing, or operational coordination within the staffing industry.
- You have strong communication skills in English (Dutch and/or Eastern European languages are a plus) and are comfortable working early shifts from 05:00 in a high-pressure environment.
- You are analytical, data-driven, and confident working with KPIs, and you take responsibility with the decisiveness needed to handle urgent and unexpected situations.
- You hold or are willing to obtain an SEU certificate.
