Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: You will partner with a Senior International Account Manager to oversee high-profile accounts, gradually taking full ownership of key relationships to drive turnover and profitability.
- Market Expansion: Proactively seek out new business prospects within the French retail and FSI channels, turning leads into long-term partnerships.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute robust business plans, monitoring sales performance and margins to ensure consistent growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution and product distribution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by providing sharp market insights and competitive analysis to optimize our pricing and distribution strategies.
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Industry Expertise: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG, specifically within Retail, B2B, or Food Service channels.
- Linguistic Skills: At least C1 level mastery of both French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
- Commercial Drive: A proven track record in account management and business development. You are solution-oriented, analytical, and possess a natural "commercial instinct."
- Flexibility: You thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and are happy to travel internationally when the business requires it.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office is a must; experience with SAP is preferred.
- Essentials: A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
