This position combines elements of Process Improvement, Quality Engineering, Operational Excellence, and Supply Chain Optimization. It is therefore an excellent opportunity for professionals currently working as a Quality Engineer, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Process Engineer, Operational Excellence Specialist, or Lean Six Sigma professional.You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, lead improvement initiatives, perform root cause analyses, and contribute to supplier quality programs. Using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, AQL, 8D Problem Solving, and FMEA, you will help create more efficient, reliable, and scalable processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve logistics and operational processes
- Initiate and manage Corrective and Preventive Action Requests (CPARs)
- Conduct root cause analyses using 8D problem-solving methodologies
- Support supplier quality activities, audits, and improvement programs
- Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and process qualification activities
- Lead MRB, CPAR, and Continuous Improvement review meetings
- Investigate customer complaints, RMA cases, and change management initiatives
- A gross monthly salary between €3,171.82 and €4,585.71 based on full-time employment
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week in a day shift schedule
- Travel reimbursement in accordance with company policy

- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's level working and thinking ability, preferably in a technical, engineering, logistics, or supply chain discipline
- At least 4 years of experience within logistics, manufacturing, fulfillment, or supply chain environments
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs
- Knowledge of quality methodologies such as SPC, AQL, 8D, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical improvements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
