As a Logistics Support Office Employee, you are responsible for providing first-line process support for inbound and outbound logistics operations. Your daily activities may include:
- Providing operational support for inbound and outbound logistics processes
- Resolving system-related issues using SAP and BIS
- Monitoring workflows to ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved
- Investigating operational issues using 5-WHY, A3 and DMAIC methodologies
- Reporting deviations from planning and operational targets
- Collaborating with internal departments and international stakeholders
- Supporting additional teams such as Value Added Services (VAS) and Spine Loaner when required
- Gross hourly salary of €16.03
- Shift allowance of 30% for hours worked after 18:00
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer (maximum 20 kilometers one way)
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week
