What you’ll do (and learn):

• Learn to operate and set up machines from A to Z
• Accurately weigh ingredients to ensure consistent quality
• Assist in preparing dough and the full baking process
• Monitor production and respond to malfunctions
• Contribute ideas for process improvements
• Check product quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

You’ll really get a feel for the product; from ingredients to optimizing the production line. Your role has a direct impact on the final result.

Requirements

• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Full-time availability in a 3-shift system
• Physically fit (you may need to act quickly when production issues occur)

What we offer:

• Long-term job with the prospect of a permanent contract
• Flexible working hours (32–38 hours per week, part-time or full-time)
• Salary between €3,841 and €4,803 gross per month (including allowances), depending on experience
• Shift allowances:
  - Evening: 134%
  - Night (until 04:00): 137%
  - Saturday after 18:00: 200%
