Warehouse Worker | Forklift & Reach Truck | Day Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As an Allround Logistics Employee, you will work in a modern warehouse in the Rotterdam region. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that goods are received, stored, and shipped on time. You will use forklifts, reach trucks, scanners, and warehouse systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. No two days are the same. One moment you may be unloading a truck, while the next you are picking orders or placing products in the correct warehouse location. Thanks to your efforts, daily warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will join a safe and well-organized working environment where teamwork is highly valued. The position is in a day shift schedule, allowing you to enjoy your evenings free. In addition, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the logistics sector.
Your responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods and trucks
• Moving pallets using a forklift and reach truck
• Picking orders using handheld scanners
• Checking and processing incoming goods
• Storing products in the correct warehouse locations
• Counting and checking inventory levels
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace

• A gross hourly salary of €16.73 (more than €2,900 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek)
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• A full-time workweek of 40 hours in day shifts
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre and free parking

• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• MBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent
• Experience as a logistics employee, warehouse employee, or order picker
• A valid forklift certificate
• A valid reach truck certificate, or willingness to renew it
• Experience working with scanners and warehouse management systems
• Flexibility and willingness to work occasional extra hours when required
