Functieomschrijving:
As an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process stable and well documented during your shift. You work closely with colleagues from production, logistics and other departments to make sure the process continues safely and correctly. In general, your tasks are:

• Operating and monitoring production lines according to strict procedures.
• Working according to GMP and other safety regulations.
• Checking process data and reporting deviations on time.
• Solving minor malfunctions and escalating issues when needed.
• Completing production documentation accurately.
• Working with systems such as SAP or similar production systems.
• Supporting shift handovers with clear process information.
• Contributing to continuous improvement, LEAN activities and troubleshooting.
• Communicating clearly with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds.

Functievereisten:
This role is meant for an experienced operator who is comfortable in a structured and regulated environment. You match this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a process operator or production operator.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Dutch communication skills are a plus.
