As a package driver at DHL Express in Utrecht, you start your shift at the depot, where you greet your colleagues and prepare your van for the day. You load your parcels, check your route, and then hit the road. Throughout the day, you deliver packages to both business and private customers across the region. You handle each delivery with care, keep customers informed with a friendly attitude, and make sure you drive safely and efficiently. At the end of your shift, you return to the depot, hand in your scanner, and have a quick chat with your team before heading home. 💓

Wat je gaat doen:

•  Load your van and prepare your delivery route efficiently at the start of your shift.
•  Deliver parcels to business and private customers across the Utrecht region.
•  Provide friendly, professional service at every doorstep and answer basic customer questions.
•  Drive safely and responsibly while following DHL procedures and using navigation tools.
•  Work closely with colleagues in the depot to ensure all parcels go out and return on time.

You are a dependable courier who enjoys the road and gives customers friendly, on-time deliveries.

• You are available 3 to 5 days per week.
• You have at least 2 years Category B driving licence.
• You have a good command of spoken and written English.
• You are able to request a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• You are reliable, proactive, and naturally service-oriented in contact.
