Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and analyze customer and contract performance
- Maintain and update contract and customer data accurately in systems
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and contact-related questions
- Support small and medium account relationship management
- Assist in pricing, quotations, invoicing checks, and reporting
- Contribute to process improvements and commercial projects
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a commercial, account management or equivalent role, demonstrating a strong understanding of business dynamics.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English (both written and verbal), Dutch language skills is a big plus!
