Forklift Driver

Wat je gaat doen As a forklift driver, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our production facility. From handling materials to preparing shipments, your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of our processes. You’ll need experience with forklifts, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment. What You Will Do:

• collecting and moving orders: using the forklift to gather and organize products;
• operating the sealing machine: ensuring products are securely sealed for shipment;
• troubleshooting minor technical issues: addressing small operational problems as they arise;
• preparing big bags: getting large bags ready for transport and ensuring proper labeling;
• setting up transport: preparing goods for shipment using a trailer truck.

• Monthly salary €3,440 - € 3919 (this is including a 7.69% year-end bonus) depening on dayshift or 2-shift system.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week in dayshift. In the future this may switch to a 2 shift system.
• 25 vacation days, 8% holiday pay, and travel allowance.

Functie-eisen We are looking for a skilled and motivated forklift driver who thrives in a dynamic production environment and values teamwork.

• Full-time availability with interest in a permanent position.
• Personal transport available; location is hard to reach without.
• Must have own accommodation. 
• Flexibility to work in two shift systems
• Experience as a forklift driver; certificate is a plus.
• Some experience as a machine operator in production.
• Decent command of Dutch; B1 level or higher is required
• Team-oriented and motivated.
