Grounds Maintenance Worker - Outdoor Jobs in Harmelen, No Experience Needed

Are you looking for an active job in the open air? As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you'll help keep city parks, green spaces, and grassy areas looking their best in and around Harmelen. Your main tasks will include mowing grass with hand tools, small tractors, or larger equipment, trimming trees and hedges, and maintaining banks and ditches to ensure proper water flow. You don't need previous experience - we're looking for someone willing to work and eager to learn on the job.

A typical day starts with a team briefing and then you head out with your colleagues, many of whom are Polish-speaking and also speak Dutch. You'll drive the company van to different locations, using mowers and brushcutters throughout the day. The work is physical, and you'll be outdoors in all weather conditions. Sometimes, you'll support with dredging work to keep waterways open.

If you only speak Polish, that's fine - but you must be willing to learn Dutch. If you already speak some Dutch or English, it's an advantage. A gross hourly wage of €14.71; paid weekly Free transportation to work by car or traditional bicycle.
