As a production worker, you will work between 05:00 and 16:00, depending on the department and daily planning. Standard working hours are from 06:00 to 16:00, including three breaks of 20 minutes each. You will be flexibly assigned to different departments, making your work varied and diverse. Before starting work, you will complete an e-learning course on food safety and hygiene.
- Sorting and separating different parts of fish
- Freezing or preparing products for the freezing process
- Operating production machines on the mixing department
- Feeding products into machines and removing finished products
- Cleaning machines, walls, and floors at the end of the working day
- Basic communicative English (minimum A2/B1 level)
- Willingness to work in a fish processing environment
- Flexibility to work in different departments
- Good physical condition and motivation to work
- Ability to follow hygiene and food safety procedures
Our client is a fish processing company that specializes in processing fish by-products into semi-finished products for human consumption and animal feed. Materials that cannot be processed further are used for sustainable energy production. The company focuses on efficiency, sustainability, and maintaining high food safety standards.
