Production Worker (Flexible Hours)

As a Production Worker, you play an important role in cutting and packaging cheese. You help ensure the production process runs smoothly and that products are processed neatly and according to schedule. Working alongside your colleagues on the production line, you keep a close eye on quality and hygiene standards at all times.

Your tasks include:

• Cutting and packaging cheese according to the production schedule
• Placing cheeses on the machine and ensuring a steady supply to the production line
• Operating production machines and monitoring the process
• Packing, labelling and stacking products in boxes and crates
• Performing quality checks and reporting any deviations or malfunctions

You will work in a flexible flex pool, where each week you receive an overview of available shifts that you can sign up for. This gives you the freedom to choose when you work, while still offering the opportunity to pick up plenty of hours.

From the location in Grootebroek, cheeses are cut and packaged every week for customers in the food industry, hospitality, catering and retail - both in the Netherlands and abroad. With around 180 colleagues, spread across 13 production lines and 13 packing lines, the company runs at full capacity.
