Wat je gaat doen As a Factory Worker, you will work in the IBC production department and contribute to the manufacturing of industrial containers. You will work with metal components, tools, and production equipment in a fast-paced factory environment where safety and quality are important.

Your tasks:

• Assemble steel pallets and frames for industrial containers.
• Finish and prepare metal components for production.
• Inspect products and perform quality checks.
• Resolve minor production issues and support colleagues when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

• Experience in a production or factory environment is an advantage.
• Physically able to perform standing work and manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Available for a 5-shift schedule.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English at B1 level.
• Comfortable working with tools and production equipment.

Working hours

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

The production facility is located in Oosterhout and is easily accessible from Breda, Tilburg, Dordrecht, and surrounding areas.
