As a Hightech Operator / Orbital Welder, you play an important role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You work in a modern cleanroom environment, handling both single parts and small series production, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Using advanced welding equipment, you program welding sequences, operate specialized welding heads, and ensure every product meets strict quality requirements.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to plan and execute your work
- Preparing and aligning components to ensure maximum precision
- Applying purging and forming techniques to guarantee high-quality welds
- Performing detailed quality inspections on finished products
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow
You work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) within a motivated and professional team where craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key.
