Functieomschrijving:
As an Operator you are responsible for keeping the production process efficient and the output consistent. You operate, adjust and care for the equipment, and you step in when the process drifts. You work with modern filling and packing technology and coordinate closely with your shift colleagues. Your tasks are:

• Start up, run and adjust the production line during your shift.
• Perform product and packaging quality checks and take action when you see deviations.
• Carry out changeovers during product switches and restart the line correctly.
• Solve minor technical issues yourself and escalate bigger faults to maintenance when needed.
• Record key production data and ensure a clear handover to the next shift.
• Keep your work area clean, safe and organised according to procedures.
• Suggest practical improvements that make the line safer, smarter or more efficient.
