Operator

As a Crate Washing Operator, you play a key role in the process of cleaning and reusing crates for fruits and vegetables. Your work ensures the crates are always clean and safe, directly contributing to both food safety and sustainability. In this role, you'll enjoy a lot of independence and be an essential part of a modern logistics operation.

You will work in a 3-shift system: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Your day involves operating modern washing machines, checking the crates for quality and cleanliness, performing minor maintenance, and resolving small malfunctions. You will also keep production records and communicate with your team leader. The variety, technical challenge, and teamwork make this position unique.

• You have a good command of Dutch, English, or German (for using the systems)
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• Preferably, you have a forklift certificate (or are willing to obtain one)
• You have an affinity with logistics processes and technology
• You can switch quickly and keep an overview of the work process
• You have at least a VMBO working and thinking level
• Experience in a similar role is a plus

• An excellent hourly wage of around €18, including shift allowances
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way (up to €5.70 per day)
