Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, stays active during the day, and feels comfortable in a friendly, team-oriented environment? Then this could be a great opportunity for you. For a dependable family-run company in Nieuwegein, we are looking for a motivated Laundry Employee.

In this role, you work in a professional industrial laundry where hotel textiles such as sheets and towels are processed. Together with your team, you make sure all items are cleaned, neatly folded, and properly packed before being sent to customers.

Your tasks include:

• Sorting and preparing incoming laundry;
• Folding, packing, and preparing clean textiles;
• Operating and refilling laundry machines;
• Counting and organizing folded items;
• Preparing orders for shipment.

Your workday starts at 05:00 or 05:30 in the morning, meaning you finish in the afternoon and still have plenty of free time left in the day.

You will join a well-established family business in Nieuwegein that has been specializing in hotel laundry services for over 60 years. The working atmosphere is friendly and cooperative. Although the pace can be high, teamwork is always central. The workplace is clean, structured, and well organized. It is not possible to come by the compagny with public transport. 

Wie ben je?

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks English (required);
• Dutch is an advantage but not necessary;
• Is available 3 to 5 days per week;
• Enjoys hands-on work and teamwork;
• Is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude;
• Lives in or near Nieuwegein, IJsselstein, Houten, Utrecht, Zeist, Hilversum, or Amersfoort.

• A gross hourly wage of €15.45 (from age 21);
• Travel allowance starting from 10 km;
