As a Business Analyst within our client's organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and translating user needs into effective IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and services.

In your role as a Business Analyst, you act as the link between business and IT. You will investigate business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of solutions that contribute to organizational goals. You will also monitor performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements where needed.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with managers, teams, and IT specialists to optimize ways of working and improve the overall user experience. In addition, you may participate in or lead projects and improvement initiatives within your area of expertise.

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• An analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• Strong command of the English language; Dutch is considered a plus;
• The ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
