Production Operator | 2-Shift System | €17 to €19 per Hour

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Operator, you will work within the manufacturing department where raw materials are processed into semi-finished and finished confectionery products.
Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating and adjusting production machines;
• Monitoring production processes and product quality;
• Following recipes, production specifications and procedures;
• Performing measurements and quality checks;
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
• Making adjustments to ensure optimal production performance;
• Recording production data and process information;
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized workplace.

You will play an important role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and food safety requirements are met.

You will work in a two-shift schedule from Monday through Friday:

• Morning shift: 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM;
• Afternoon shift: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

• A gross hourly salary between €17.00 and €19.00, depending on experience;

• Experience as an Operator, Machine Operator or Production Worker in a manufacturing environment;
• Technical insight and affinity with production processes;
• Experience in the food industry is considered an advantage;
• Ability to work accurately and maintain quality standards;
• A proactive and responsible attitude;
• Availability to work full-time in a two-shift schedule;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Reliable transportation to Jirnsum.
