Production employee temporary

We are currently looking for a powder coater for the period from June 6 until July 24, with the possibility of extension.

For our client in Lomm, we are seeking a motivated powder coater. This company manufactures door hardware that is coated through a chemical process to improve durability and resistance to weather conditions.

In this role, you will be responsible for carefully coating the various components and ensuring that everything is finished neatly and in accordance with the required quality standards.

This is a temporary day-shift position. Working hours are from 07:30 to 16:15. Overtime may occur on weekdays and weekends, but will always be in mutual agreement.

You will be working for a Dutch manufacturer of high-quality aluminium architectural hardware based in Lomm. The product range includes door handles, security fittings, window fittings, and letter plates—items that are used daily by millions of people, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

The company was founded in 1956 and employs approximately 80 people. It is divided into two divisions: one where the hardware is fully developed and produced in-house, and another that focuses on processing activities for third parties, such as powder coating aluminium products.

Sustainability and innovation are key priorities within the organization. The company was the first producer worldwide to achieve a Cradle to Cradle Silver certification for the majority of its product range.

The company is located on an industrial estate in Lomm and is easily accessible from Venlo by both car and bicycle.

• You are available full-time for day shifts between June 6 and July 24;
• You preferably speak Dutch, or are fluent in English or German;
• You do not mind performing repetitive tasks;
• You are physically fit: the work can be physically demanding due to prolonged standing and handling (mounting) of products.

• A gross starting salary of €16.22 per hour in accordance with the Metal and Engineering Collective Labour Agreement (CAO);
• A temporary agency contract from June 6 until July 24, with the possibility of extension;
• 25 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance;
• A pension scheme with the StiPP Pension Fund, including a 17.09% employer contribution;
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way at €0.23 per kilometre;
