Production Employee 2-shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee at Aalberts Almere, you will contribute to the production of high-quality metal components. You play an important role in assembling, mounting, and inspecting products while working with modern machines and clear work instructions. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you help ensure a smooth production process and a safe working environment.
What You Will Do:

• Assembling: Assemble components and products according to work instructions.
• Operating: Set up and operate machines to support the production process.
• Inspecting: Check products for quality and functionality and report any deviations.
• Packaging: Prepare products for shipment according to the required standards.
• Improving: Contribute ideas for process improvements and help maintain a safe workplace.
• Work full-time in a 2-shift schedule.

Shift Times:
Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 (Friday until 12:00)

• Salary of €3,300 gross per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) in a 2-shift schedule.
