For an international organization based in Zoetermeer, we are looking for an Administrative Purchasing Assistant. In this position, you will support the operational purchasing activities and help ensure that products are procured efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with customer demand and business needs.
Your responsibilities include creating and processing purchase orders, requesting and evaluating quotations, and tracking supplier deliveries. You will collaborate closely with departments such as sales, logistics, and service to coordinate inventory needs and convert customer demand and forecasts into effective purchasing plans. Maintaining accurate administration and ensuring high-quality data within ERP and supply chain systems will also be an important part of your role.

- Competitive gross monthly salary of up to €3,300 based on a full-time 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience (a junior salary scale applies for entry-level candidates)

Dit vragen we
- Completed MBO education or a comparable level of working and thinking ability
- Up to 5 years of experience within an administrative, purchasing, or supply chain support position
- Accurate and well-organized, with experience working in ERP and/or supply chain systems
- Quick to learn new processes and capable of working independently
- Experience with purchasing, planning, or MRP-related workflows is considered an advantage
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is beneficial
