As an Assembly Worker, you will join the Rubberhoek department in Oud-Beijerland. Here, you'll assemble technical components and specifically work with rubber parts. You'll put together various small parts into a complete end product. Additionally, you are responsible for setting up and converting machines. You solve small malfunctions independently and, of course, call for help with more complex problems. You monitor the quality of your work and actively think about how processes can be improved and made smarter. You'll mainly work day shifts, but sometimes you'll work in 2- or 3-shift schedules - offering nice variety!
