Jouw werkzaamheden als Middagkoerier DHL Utrecht:

• Route preparation:

  You start your shift around 12:30 by checking your route, scanning shipments and loading your van in a logical order so you can deliver efficiently and on time.

• Parcel delivery:

  You drive your fixed area in Utrecht and surroundings, deliver parcels to both businesses and private customers, and make sure every delivery is handled accurately and safely.

• Customer service:

  You are the face of DHL at the door, answer simple questions, think along with the customer and ensure a friendly and professional experience at every stop.

• Teamwork:

  You stay in contact with planners and colleagues, share updates about your route and help each other so that all shipments are delivered within the agreed time.

• Safety and compliance:

  You drive responsibly, follow traffic rules and DHL safety guidelines, and handle shipments and customer data with care to keep the work safe and reliable.

You are a reliable, service-minded courier who enjoys being on the road and working closely with your team.

• Je bent beschikbaar tussen 12:30 and 20:30, 3–5 days weekly
• Je hebt at least two years driving licence B experience
• Je bent comfortable communicating in Dutch or English with customers
• Je hebt no issues requesting a Dutch VOG certificate
• Je bent customer-focused, punctual, and careful with shipments
