Quality Control Employee

For the Philips operation at DHL, we are looking for a motivated Quality Control Employee / Quality Inspector. In this role, you help ensure that all products, processes, and warehouse activities meet the highest quality standards. You are the person who identifies issues before they become problems and contributes to a smooth and efficient logistics process. As a Quality Control Employee, you are responsible for monitoring and improving quality within the warehouse operation.

Your daily tasks include:

• Performing quality checks on products, processes, and data
• Identifying damages, errors, and non-conformities
• Recording and reporting findings accurately
• Following up on quality-related issues
• Supporting operational teams in improving processes
• Helping create strong quality awareness on the work floor

You play an important role in ensuring that warehouse operations run efficiently, accurately, and according to quality standards.

You will work at DHL within the Philips operation, a professional and international logistics environment focused on quality and continuous improvement. The warehouse is modern, clean, and well-organized, with teamwork and development playing a central role.

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, production, or quality-related work is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility
• Basic understanding of quality standards, audits, or operational processes
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and warehouse systems
• You speak English (Dutch is a plus)
• You are available full-time

• Salary starting from €15.00 gross per hour
• Increase to €15.20 per hour with certificates
• Shift allowances depending on working hours
