As a logistics employee at GXO Logistics in Roosendaal, you’re the key player in the warehouse. You’ll earn a gross hourly wage from €14.71, with shift allowances up to 50% (Saturday: €22.06 per hour). You pick, check, and prepare orders for shipment using a voice picking system (in English) and an electric pallet truck. You make sure every order is complete and leaves on time. Your day starts with a short team briefing, then you get to work picking orders, checking goods, sealing, packing, and moving products. You’ll also help unload containers, stack pallets neatly, and process everything in the WMS. You work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00–14:45 and 14:45–23:30), either full-time (40 hours) or part-time (at least 32 hours). You’ll work about 2 Saturdays a month. This is a physically active job where you lift products up to 20 kg and work closely with your team to keep things running smoothly. Your work makes a real difference: without you, customers wouldn’t get their orders on time!

Wie ben je?

You’re a logistics employee who likes to stay active and enjoys hands-on work. You speak and understand English well (the voice picking system is in English) and have experience in logistics. You’re available at least 4 days a week, flexible with your schedule, and willing to work 2 Saturdays a month. You can easily lift products up to 20 kg and working shifts suits you. An EPT certificate is a plus, but not a must. You’re a real team player, accurate, and like to take initiative. If you’re reliable, flexible, and handle stress well, this job will fit you perfectly.
