Are you skilled with a knife and do you have experience with beef or veal? In Olst, we are looking for an experienced deboner who wants to work in a close-knit team where quality and craftsmanship are important.
Functieomschrijving

As a deboner, you are a specialist on the meat-cutting line. You carefully separate the meat from the bone and prepare the cuts for the next stage of the production process. Speed, precision and attention to quality are very important to you.

You work in a chilled production environment together with other deboners and employees from the cutting department. You strictly follow hygiene and food safety rules and make sure your workplace is clean and organised. Any issues with quality or raw materials are reported directly to your supervisor or the quality department.

Wie ben jij?

• Experience as a deboner, preferably in the beef or veal industry;
• Good knife skills and attention to quality and productivity;
• Accuracy and ability to work independently;
• Willingness to work standing in a chilled environment;
• Good physical condition.

• Full-time work, 38-40 hours per week;

You will work for a family business with more than 100 years of history in the meat industry. The company started in 1921 as a slaughterhouse in Den Nul and has been based in Olst on the IJssel river since 2002 as a specialised processing company for beef and veal.
