English Speaking Technical Quality Inspector

As a Technical Quality Inspector, you will work in the final stage of the production process and perform in-process and final inspections of high-end technical products.

You will inspect components and assembled systems based on technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Using various precision measuring tools, you will identify deviations and ensure products meet all requirements before shipment.

You will work in a high-tech cleanroom manufacturing environment where precision, structure, and teamwork are essential.

What You Will Do:

• Checking customer orders before shipment;
• Performing in-process and final inspections of technical products and assemblies;
• Verifying dimensions and product specifications based on technical drawings;
• Working with precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools;
• Identifying and reporting deviations within the production process;
• Creating non-conformance reports and quality documentation;
• Releasing products for shipment according to established quality standards;
• Collaborating with production, assembly, and other internal departments regarding quality-related issues;
• Contributing to continuous improvements within manufacturing, assembly, and quality processes.

Please note: this is explicitly not a laboratory position, but a technical quality role focused on manufacturing and high-tech assembly processes.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a technically skilled professional with experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Completed technical education, for instance in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering, or production technology;
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Experience within a technical production, assembly, or high-tech manufacturing environment;
• Experience with precision measuring equipment and dimensional inspections;
• Structured and detail-oriented working style;
• Good command of both Dutch and English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Full-time availability;
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule (06:00 – 14:30 / 14:30 – 23:00).

This role is particularly suitable for candidates with experience in high-tech manufacturing, precision assembly, mechanical inspection, or technical quality control.
