As a Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for managing the daily operations of the logistics team on the work floor. You actively participate in the logistics process yourself and ensure that all activities run smoothly, efficiently, and according to schedule.

You supervise the loading, unloading, and storage of products and packaging materials while monitoring quality and productivity. You also oversee order checks, support inventory management, and ensure that cold storage areas remain organized and efficient. In addition, you guide and instruct employees and ensure that all safety and hygiene regulations are followed.

In this role, you work closely with departments such as production and quality control. You actively contribute ideas for improving logistics processes and communicate directly with drivers and colleagues to ensure operations run efficiently.

• Experience as a team leader within logistics and/or the fresh produce sector;
• Experience managing employees on the work floor;
• Good command of Dutch or English;
• Proactive and responsible working attitude;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule;
• Experience with logistics systems and scanners is a plus;
• Ability to keep overview and switch quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary between €3,000 and €3,800 gross per month;
• Full-time position within a stable and growing company;

• Two-shift schedule: 07:00 - 16:00 and 11:00 - 20:00;
