As a personal assistant, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the Global Head of Investment Center's daily activities. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across an international landscape. From coordinating schedules to handling confidential communications, your work will ensure seamless collaboration within the global wealth management and investment products team.
What You Will Do:
- Manage: the executive's schedule, including organizing meetings and ensuring efficient time management.
- Coordinate: complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle: administrative tasks such as expense management, onboarding processes, and maintaining confidential files and databases.
- Facilitate: communication between internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and ensuring clear information flow.
- Support: the planning and execution of corporate events, change projects, and ad hoc tasks as needed.

- Workweek of 32 to 36 hours, hybrid working possible.
- Monthly home office allowance of €45.
- Travel reimbursement: €0.21/km (max €17/day) or full public transport coverage.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with strong organizational skills and a professional mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum MBO4 diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years of proven PA experience in corporate settings.
- Available immediately; freelance/ZZP basis is not possible.
- Skilled in managing schedules, travel, and confidential documents.
