What will you do? As a Back Office Coordinator at Samsung SDS, you are responsible for daily order management and transport planning. You ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time and that customers receive timely and proactive updates regarding their shipments. You are the first point of contact for customers regarding orders and transport planning related topics. You also act as the first escalation point for customers, carriers and colleagues during daily operations. Your responsibilities include: Processing outbound orders and executing transport planning Following up on shipments in transit via different transport modes Re-routing freight when needed to meet demands and minimize costs Identifying risks and delays at an early stage and taking appropriate actions Providing proactive updates to customers regarding issues or potential risks Creating and sharing detailed order status overviews Working according to applicable SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) Preparing and coordinating month-end volume peaks together with stakeholders Solving complaints, anomalies and transport related issues Working closely with transport service providers to ensure efficient execution of processes Investigating process exceptions and disturbances to prevent future issues Monitoring and maintaining the On Time Collection KPI Collecting Proof of Delivery documents according to KPI agreements Preparing and sending daily operational and transport planning reports to management, customers and stakeholders You work closely together with logistic service providers, warehouse operations and Samsung Electronics to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
