Employment agency Manpower is looking for Customer Service Specialists for CEVA Eindhoven.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring logistics activities within the operation. You ensure shipments are processed correctly and delivered on time while maintaining close contact with customers and internal departments.
Your tasks include:
- Monitoring shipments and ensuring orders leave on time
- Tracking KPIs and communicating with internal stakeholders about critical shipments
- Monitoring dangerous goods (DG) shipments and checking required documentation
- Escalating and following up on issues within the DG process
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Creating reports and analysing operational data using Excel
- Assigning and monitoring loads within TMS, WMS, and SAP systems
- Arranging transportation and carrier changes when needed
- Supporting customs processes and shipment documentation
- Training colleagues and assisting with projects and testing activities
