Operator

As an Operator in the crate washing department, you'll have an active and responsible role in a modern facility for reusable crates. You ensure that crates for fruits and vegetables are clean, safe, and ready for reuse - critical work for both food safety and the environment. You'll work independently in a 3-shift system and have a lot of freedom to manage your responsibilities.

On an average workday, you'll operate modern crate washing machines, check the cleanliness and quality of the crates, and resolve minor malfunctions. You'll carry out simple maintenance and keep production records up to date. Clear communication with your supervisor and colleagues is essential as you work together to keep the process running smoothly and efficiently.

• At least a high school (VMBO) level of working and thinking
• Good command of Dutch, English, or German (for using the systems)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00)
• Affinity with logistics processes and technology
• Preferably hold a forklift certificate
• Able to switch quickly and oversee the workflow
• Relevant experience in a similar position

• Average of €18 per hour including shift bonuses
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way (max. €5.70 per day)
