About the job
As a CNC Operator in plastic window frame production, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring advanced machines, including the Elumatec processing machine and, in the near future, the Rotox CNC processing center. You ensure that all production processes run efficiently while maintaining consistently high quality standards. With your technical insight, you quickly resolve minor malfunctions and carry out basic maintenance tasks. Working closely with your colleagues in a rotating system keeps the role varied and engaging. You also contribute ideas for process improvements and are given every opportunity to further develop your technical skills.
What does your workday look like? You begin your day on the production floor with your team, setting up machines according to the production schedule. Throughout the day, you continuously monitor the quality of the final product and step in wherever needed. If a malfunction occurs, you respond promptly and collaborate with your colleagues to determine the best solution. The rotation of tasks ensures your workday remains dynamic and challenging.

What we require- You have technical insight and work accurately
- You have a VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) working and thinking level
- You have at least 1 year of experience as an operator or technical employee (more experience is a plus)
- You have good to excellent command of the Dutch language
- You enjoy working independently but also as part of a team
- You are flexible when needed for machine occupancy
- You are motivated to learn and develop yourself
- A gross hourly wage starting at €16 (with growth up to €20 depending on experience)
- Day shifts (40 hours per week)
