About the job
As a production employee, you will assist in the manufacturing of concrete elements. Your tasks will include:
- Working with molds
- Installing embedded components
- Assisting with pouring concrete
- Keeping your workplace clean and organized
The construction elements you produce are used in projects of all sizes, sometimes even in the Dutch skyline. Your work plays an important role, as quality and precision are essential in construction.
You will work in a day shift with supportive colleagues. Every day is different, and you will have the opportunity to learn a skilled trade. Experience with an overhead crane is an advantage, but not required.

What we require- Willing to work full-time
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Experience with an overhead crane is a plus, not required
- Motivation to learn the job (no experience needed)
- Flexible attitude toward varied work
- €15.12 gross per hour + €0.70 ADV allowance
- 25 vacation days
- 3.5% end-of-year bonus (according to CAO)
- Full-time day shift job (no evening or night shifts)
