Production Worker

As a Production Employee in the wood processing industry, you are responsible for carefully sorting hardwood blocks according to set quality standards. You work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and pace are central. You keep a close eye on the production process and take action whenever necessary.

On a typical workday, you start at 06:30 and, together with your colleagues, sort the hardwood blocks. You ensure that the process runs smoothly and temporarily take over tasks from the Production Operator if needed. In addition to sorting, you keep your workspace clean and safe, remove glue residues, and register by-products. You report any irregularities directly to your supervisor, contributing to an efficient and high-quality production process.

• MBO working and thinking level
• Good command of Dutch or English
• An eye for quality and accuracy in your work
• A strong work ethic and a preference for hands-on tasks
• Ability to function well in a sometimes noisy environment
• A real team player who enjoys collaborating
• Previous experience in production is a plus, but not required (0-5 years of work experience)

• A 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday, 06:30 to 16:30)
• Gross hourly wage of €17.76 regardless of age or experience
