Cleaning Staff

We offer you the opportunity to work at both the Designer Outlet Center in Roermond and De Leistert vacation park in Roggel. By combining these two locations, you can expect a workweek of approximately 32 to 40 hours.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working at two different locations, which ensures plenty of variety in your work:

Designer Outlet Center Roermond

• Cleaning streets and plazas with street sweepers and pressure washers;
• Emptying trash cans on the premises;
• Picking up litter;
• Ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for visitors.

De Leistert Holiday Park (Roggel)

• Cleaning bungalows, vacation homes, and restroom facilities;
• Making beds;
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living rooms;
• Dusting and mopping the accommodations;
• Identifying and reporting any defects.

This combination offers a varied job where you work both indoors and outdoors and see the immediate results of your work.

Work Hours

• Outlet Roermond: flexible availability, including weekends;
• De Leistert: Mondays and Fridays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (alternating days) with the possibility of additional work during the week;
• A combination of both locations allows for a workweek of approximately 32 to 40 hours.

You’ll be joining a large national cleaning company with over 36,000 employees. Together, you’ll ensure clean, safe, and pleasant environments every day. You’ll work in dedicated teams at both locations, where teamwork and a positive work atmosphere are key.

Both work locations are easily accessible from Roermond, Venlo, Weert, Peel en Maas, Sittard, and Echt-Susteren, among other places.

• The locations are easily accessible by public transportation;
• Do you travel between the locations by public transportation? Then these costs will be fully reimbursed;
• Do you drive? Then you will receive a travel allowance in accordance with the client’s policy.

• You’re a go-getter and enjoy being active;
• You’re available for at least 15 hours per week;
• You’re flexible (including weekends for the outlet);
• You’re available on Mondays and Fridays (for De Leistert);
• You speak Dutch, English, or German;
• Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required.

• Salary starting at €15.52 per hour (depending on experience);
• 50% premium for weekend hours;
• 8.33% vacation pay and 25 vacation days (on a full-time basis);
• 5% year-end bonus (after at least 6 months of service);
• Pension plan through StiPP;
