Your main tasks as Assistant Team Leader:
- Coordinate daily activities within your part of the department, together with the Team Leader
- Guide and coach a team of 35 to 45 colleagues
- Motivate your team and create a positive working atmosphere
- Keep priorities in check and support process improvements
- Step in for the Team Leader when needed and take responsibility
- Actively participate on the work floor to keep a clear overview and help reach team goals

- Available for shifts between 07:00 and 08:00 (depending on the shift)
- Experience with guiding and supervising colleagues

This is your workplace: You will be working at an innovative and fast-growing logistics company in Roosendaal. You'll join a large and diverse team in a dynamic environment where teamwork is key. Working hours are flexible in 2 or 3 shifts, depending on how busy it is. Your regular days are Monday to Friday, with occasional Sunday or Saturday shifts during peak periods.
