Data Performance Analyst

Wat je gaat doen Do you enjoy working with data and processes, and do you find it interesting to analyze and solve operational problems? In this role as a Data Analyst Operations, you play a key part in improving order processes. When issues arise with orders or systems, you ensure they are accurately recorded in the ticketing system. You involve the right teams and monitor progress, making sure disruptions are resolved quickly. In addition, you analyze ticket data and identify recurring issues. You create reports and support management in improving processes. You work closely with teams such as operations, warehouse, planning, customer service, and IT.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating and managing tickets in the system
• Monitoring orders affected by open tickets
• Following up and escalating urgent operational issues
• Analyzing ticket data and identifying trends
• Preparing reports for management
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
• Improving processes based on data analysis

Wat we je bieden You can expect the following:

• Salary between €3,034.77 and €3,840.02 gross per month, depending on experience
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent contract
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 km onwards

• Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Zendesk
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI
• A structured and accurate working style
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
