As a Hightech Operator / Orbital Welder, you play a key role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, handling both unique parts and small series with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Using advanced welding equipment, you program welding sequences, operate specialized welding heads, and ensure every product meets the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to plan and execute your work
- Preparing and aligning components to achieve maximum precision
- Applying purging and forming techniques to ensure top-level weld quality
- Performing detailed quality checks on finished products
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow
You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) within a motivated and professional team where collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
