IHCP is looking for a Cluster Meeting & Events Intern who wants to learn how meetings and events come to life across multiple hotels.
At International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), we manage a portfolio including Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, Moxy & Residence Inn The Hague, and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. Our Meeting & Events team works across all these locations, so no two days are the same. Are you ready to work with us from September 2026?
What you'll do
Support the handling of meeting and group requests across multiple IHCP hotels
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and following up on inquiries
Help coordinate between the Bookings Office and hotel operations teams
Join site inspections and give tours to potential clients
Support the smooth handover of confirmed events to operational teams
Assist with financial follow-ups and aftersales activities
Assist in banquet operations whenever needed
Keep sales platforms and promotional channels up to date
Spot opportunities to improve processes and guest experience
Work with systems like Delphi and learn how event processes are structured
What you bring
You're currently studying Hospitality, Events, or a related field
Available for at least five months (starting September 2026).
You're organized and love keeping track of multiple things at once
You're proactive and not afraid to share your ideas
You have a commercial mindset (or you're eager to develop one)
You have an eye for detail and enjoy getting things just right
You communicate confidently in Dutch & English
You're comfortable with Excel or willing to learn quickly
Most importantly: you're curious, hands-on, and ready to grow
What we offer
A good internship remuneration of €800 gross per month (net).
