As Global Sales Executive, you are responsible for driving global sales activities and expanding the international presence of our client within advanced analytical instrumentation. You will manage existing accounts, grow the international distributor network, and identify new market opportunities, while collaborating closely with application scientists to deliver innovative solutions to customers worldwide. This is a highly independent position with direct impact on the company’s global growth strategy. Your tasks include:
- Drive global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets
- Deliver product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations worldwide
- Collaborate with technical and scientific teams to ensure customer success
- Provide market insights to support product development and positioning
- Travel internationally to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and drive growth
- Long term position, which starts with a direct contract at the hiring company
- Competitive base salary between €5400 and €8500 gross per month (fulltime), plus performance-based incentives

For this position as Global Sales Executive, we are looking for a commercially driven professional with a strong analytical background, capable of quickly understanding complex instrumentation and engaging with customers at a high level.
- Hbo or MSc degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
- Proven experience in (international) sales, preferably within a technical or scientific environment
- Solid laboratory and analytical background
- Experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g. HPLC, electrochemistry or MS) is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work independently in an international environment
- Willingness to travel internationally; fluent in English
