Warehouse Coordinator What will you do? As a Warehouse Coordinator, you play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition, you will: Ensure goods are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation Monitor inventory levels and support stock accuracy Work according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines Identify discrepancies between targets and results and report these to the Warehouse Supervisor Support daily operations during peak periods when needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in daily LEAN meetings Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose improvements Ensure correct administrative processing of goods and documentation You will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient and positive working environment, motivating your team, and ensuring operational targets are achieved.
